Cancellation Policy

| More than 24 hours before pickup | Free cancellation, no charge |
| 6–24 hours before pickup | A partial cancellation charge may apply (typically 25% of the quoted fare) |
| Less than 6 hours before pickup, or no-show | Full fare may be charged, as the vehicle and driver were already committed to your trip |
| Airport/train pickups (flight delay or cancellation) | No charge if you inform us as soon as you know — we track flights and adjust automatically for delays |
How to cancel
Call or WhatsApp us at +91 91037 52910 as early as possible. The sooner we know, the more likely we can reassign the vehicle and avoid any charge.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling to a different date/time is usually free if requested more than 24 hours in advance, subject to vehicle availability on the new date.
Multi-day tours & wedding transport
Larger bookings (multi-day tours, wedding transport with multiple vehicles) may carry a separate cancellation schedule confirmed in writing at the time of booking, since these involve blocking vehicles and drivers well in advance.
