Driver Guidelines
Every driver on our platform — full-time or trusted partner network — is expected to meet the same standards before they're assigned a booking.
Valid licensing
A current commercial driving license valid for the vehicle class they operate, registered under J&K transport regulations.
Background verification
Identity and license verification before onboarding, plus ongoing review based on customer feedback.
Route familiarity
Demonstrated experience on the specific route assigned — hill roads like Gulmarg, Sonmarg and the Zoji La stretch require prior driving history on that road.
Vehicle upkeep
Vehicles are serviced on a fixed schedule; drivers are responsible for a pre-trip check (tyres, brakes, fluids) before every outstation trip.
Conduct
Punctual, courteous, no smoking in the vehicle without guest consent, and no unscheduled detours or commission stops without asking first.
Safety first
Seatbelt use enforced, conservative driving on snow/ice, and authority to pause or reschedule a trip if road conditions are genuinely unsafe.
