Terms of Service

1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once our team verbally or in writing (call/WhatsApp/email) confirms your vehicle, fare and pickup details. Submitting the online booking form is a request, not an automatic confirmation.
2. Fares
Fares quoted at booking are fixed for the agreed route and vehicle, provided the trip is completed as planned. Additional charges may apply for: route changes requested during the trip, extra waiting time beyond agreed limits, night halts, or additional stops not part of the original itinerary.
3. Passenger conduct
We expect passengers to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. We reserve the right to end a trip early, without refund, in cases of abusive behaviour, illegal activity, or actions that endanger the driver or vehicle.
4. Luggage
Please share accurate passenger and luggage counts at booking so we assign the right vehicle. We are not liable for damage to fragile or improperly packed items.
5. Weather and road conditions
Kashmir's hill routes (Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Leh highway, Mughal Road) can be affected by weather, snowfall or landslides beyond our control. In such cases we will suggest alternate timing or routing; where a route becomes genuinely impassable, we will work with you on a fair resolution (reschedule, alternate destination, or refund of the unused portion).
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific booking. We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g. missed flights due to circumstances outside our control such as accidents caused by other vehicles, natural events, or government-imposed road closures), though we make every reasonable effort to get you there on time.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir having jurisdiction over any disputes.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies.
